MSA provides contract services and operational solutions for entrepreneurial companies and nonprofit organizations.  We drive the process to raise capital, executing M&A transactions, and plan for growth. 

The firm specializes in cost-effective financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting, implementing controls, complex modeling, business valuations, and other financial management, and provides strategic help for companies raising growth capital or considering M&A opportunities. 

We are seasoned finance professionals with a solid track record of leading planning, managing growth and providing financial leadership for complex organizations to achieve success. 

Most of the firm’s clients are growing business services and nonprofit organizations at various stages of development from start-up to twenty million in annual revenue. MSA is a small firm that serves the San Gabriel Valley.

Since 2000, I've been consulting with businesses and organizations to gain a deeper understanding of their finances and align business models with strategy.   I am especially excited to work with growing organizations and companies.  For me, financially successful individuals, businesses, and nonprofits are essential to building a thriving economic ecosystems within our communities.  

My academic background includes a BA in Accounting (Whitworth University), an MA in Social Science (Azusa Pacific University), and an MBA in Finance and Strategy (Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management at Claremont Graduate University).  And, yes, I had the privilege of taking classes from Peter Drucker.
